A high-end restaurant located in London’s iconic Leicester Square,created by renowned chef, Marco Pierre White. Steaks, pizzas and a delicious gin emporium set within an electric yet inviting atmosphere, await all those who choose to dine at ‘Mr. White’s’.

With British heritage at its core, ‘Mr. White’s’ menu centres around steaks, grills and chops, but with a quintessential Italian influence that adds a distinctly continental flavour to the selection. ‘Mr. White’s’ takes quality ingredients and places them in a charming and accessible setting that’s been specially curated for guests who enjoy value-formoney dining but still crave a ‘je ne sais quoi’ they won’t find anywhere else. With this in mind, it was vital their image reflected all the brand’s core values.

As part of our ongoing partnership with Marco Pierre White Restaurants, The Creative Agency was initially tasked with designing the restaurant’s brand identity. As part of the brief, Marco Pierre White had recently launched a new Gin range entitled ‘Mr. White’s Gin’ and after the successful acquisition of a prominent commercial location within Leicester Square, the brand needed to be adapted to fit the aesthetic of the new restaurant.

The location of the new restaurant is situated along an area with heavy foot traffic,
adjacent to London’s Film and Theatre premiere district. Because of this, the key
challenge was to develop a brand identity that was both modern, but also instantly
recognisable as a branch of the Marco Pierre White family. In terms of its competition,
this particular area of Leicester Square has amassed a number of high-profile
restaurants, so it was imperative that the brand as well as its restaurant signage would
stand out, distinct amongst its competitors.
