Lincolnshire Training Hub

in Primary Care, promoting this as a first-choice career destination.

Lincolnshire Training Hub fulfills a number of core functions in the support of Primary Care Workforces, including finding undergraduate placements, developing educational programmes and embedding new roles in Primary Care. Their role is to meet the educational needs of the multidisciplinary Primary Care team and bring together NHS organisations, community providers and local authorities.

We were approached by Lincolnshire Training Hub to assist in improving the look of their overall brand in the form of a branding guidelines document. The general consensus and project aim was to enhance how they position themselves visually on both online and offline media, so they could better connect with their audience and draw in more interest.

This involved the full design of a new logo and ongoing support in the creation of their marketing collateral on a monthly basis. As part of the process, it is essential that the brand’s image reflects their core values of ambition and integrity, whilst also being clear and accessible. As their business is all about making meaningful connections, representing this element within their branding was another key consideration.

In addition to supporting Lincolnshire Training Hub with their offline marketing items, part of this rebrand included the design and development of a new website. The previous website had been built using a website template builder and did not offer the ability to alter functionality. As well as a desire for improved functionality, the new website had to look more in line with their new brand. The Creative Agency provided a tidy and professional website that was fully built to the client’s specification, and includes elements such as a resource centre and a comprehensive filtering system for the courses available.
