Leasegevity assist private clients, estate agents and solicitors with the complex process of extending the lease and/ or buying the freehold of a residential property. With the continuing successes local estate agents, Jackson Green and Preston, company Director, Kevin Broadhurst was able to capitalise on a national need for a market leader in leasehold property management services. Once the commitment had been made, Kevin got in contact with several agencies with the clear intention of turning a concept into reality. Thanks to the extensive research and ideas produced, The Creative Agency was successfully awarded the contract.
To assist in the making of a bespoke product we were required to create a name that would encompass all that was involved with extending a lease over a longer period. Through many hours of researching the market, we eventually came up with Leasegevity which in its name alone explains the bespoke process of a lease bringing longevity, hence Leasegevity. Once the company name had been established and registered, we were then entrusted to develop a robust visual identity that communicated Leasegevity’s straightforward and simple process. A range of concepts were presented but it became evident that one design in particular was a clear winner. The finalised brand identity utilises compressed serif typography within a corporate silver and royal blue colour palette, giving the final logo a touch of elegance and a well-established aesthetic.
Once the corporate identity and branding guidelines document had been produced, we began working on a comprehensive range of offline marketing literature as well as the development of a bespoke website, including all the required copywriting for its associated pages.
The website itself uses a custom-built lease calculator that allows a user to work out the potential costs of obtaining their leasehold. Once completed, this information is then fed in to a bespoke CRM that can be instantaneously accessed by appropriate Leasegevity staff members.
In addition, The Creative Agency set up an affiliate system that allows Leasegevity partners to generate income for every lead that interacts with the calculator, after being directed from a custom link housed within the partners’ website.
Upon finalisation of both Leasegevity’s website, brand identity and marketing materials, The Creative Agency were further chosen as the agency continue to market and manage Leasegevity’s online digital presence, through open-ended social media campaigns and SEO optimisation, predominantly in the form of well written blog articles.
We invited two companies to discuss branding, web design and marketing for a new company which was being set up. It had only been set up as an informal meeting but the first company came with nothing in mind, no understanding of the business and an eye-watering quote.
Our expectations weren’t high but then Richard from The Creative Agency came for the second meeting and we were blown away. He had not only done homework on our business subject, which is not an easy subject to grasp, he came in with company name suggestions, logo suggestions and further branding suggestions. He also had quotes for their work which were fair and competitive.
We couldn’t fault the amount of effort that had gone in to his presentation and he had won our instruction before he left the room. Since then we have been really impressed with every aspect of their team, whether it be the graphic design from Richard, web design from Neil or copywriting from Glenn.
As well as creating the brand, website and marketing material, they have been handling our social media account.
Every aspect so far has been great and we would whole heartedly recommend their service.
