Cardiff Arms Hotel and Bistro is based in the old mining town of Treorchy in South Wales, and offers modern rooms, freshly-cooked food and a range of quality local drinks to both their own community and visitors.

Following a recent takeover of the business, The Creative Agency was commissioned to develop their brand as they looked to improve their reputation within the local community and drive more custom. Our team came up with a new ‘grungy’ style that has brought a fresh edge to the brand, and is now implemented across all online and offline marketing collateral. As part of our partnership, a whole host of marketing materials have been produced to date to showcase this new brand identity in its best light across all mediums and platforms.

As well as branding and design of offline point of sales, The Creative Agency was tasked with building the business a new, user-friendly website that also reflected this updated style, while featuring a subtle blend of Welsh influences. The website functions smoothly across all devices, and uses a clean and simple layout that favours visual elements, with a clear navigation menu where information about the hotel, dining and local area can be found.

Our work with Cardiff Arms is ongoing, and we work with them to create engaging content on a regular basis, including full management of their social media accounts and overall online presence each month.

“Working with Rich and the team is great, nothing is ever too much trouble, especially when we throw very tight deadlines at them. They just know what we want. A fantastic team who are friendly and approachable whilst remaining business like at the same time.”
